Tuesday night I went on a proper date - dinner and a movie. Maybe it sounds boring, but it was really kind of perfect.
We went to La Creperie for dinner. I’ve never been there before, but I’ll certainly be back. Then off to the Latino Film Festival to see The Finger (above), which is one of the funniest movies I’ve seen in a long time. It’s based on a book by Alberto Assadourian, which I would love to read - if only I knew Spanish…
(It’s supposed to be touring through 30 US cities sometime soon, so if you hear it’s coming your way, definitely make plans to check it out.)
Good food. Good film. Good company. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
